ICON 4PL recognizes that completing utility infrastructure projects on time and within budget can be challenging without proper planning. • Manage all supply chain logistics (provide transportation between source location and alternative or ultimate destination, material tracking, kitting, and close out)
• Manage materials at warehouse facilities and staging yards including the receiving , inspection, inventory, and their safe storage.
• On site management of our union labor force and facility support services
• Facilitate material procurement
• Improve material inventory visibility and management for clients by providing constant access to materials on hand and those inbound*.
• Identify and resolve any material quality control related issues thus mitigating delays and overall risk to the project, program or portfolio.
• Provide skilled operators certified in operating the equipment used in handling specialized materials
• ICON recently invested substantial resources in developing a Geospatial product. This product enables our clients to access a wealth of information about sites through a computer dashboard and a phone application. From simple perimeter maps to detailed inventory tracking, our clients can customize the data they receive based on their specific needs.
